What are the eligibility criteria for BS Programs?

General eligibility requires passing Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com/DAE) or equivalent with the following minimum marks requirements:

  • BS Computer Science (CS) / BS Information Technology (IT): Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate (ICS, FSc Pre-Engineering, or Intermediate with Mathematics elective).
  • All Other BS Programs: Minimum 45% marks in Intermediate (FA, FSc, ICS, I.Com, or equivalent).
How is the merit calculated?

Merit calculation depends on whether you are applying based on complete results or 1st year results:

  • Based on 1st Year Results: Admission is calculated using 100% of 1st Year (Intermediate Part-I) percentage.
    Formula: (1st Year Obtained / Total Marks) × 100
  • Based on Complete Intermediate Results: Merit is calculated using 100% of your total Intermediate marks.
    Formula: (Intermediate Obtained / Total Marks) × 100
⚠️ Gap Year Deduction Rule: If you passed Intermediate in a previous academic year (Gap Year), a deduction of 2% per year will be applied to your final calculated merit percentage (e.g., 2% deduction for 1 year gap, 4% deduction for 2 years gap, etc.).
Do I need to submit hard copies of documents?

No. Initially, you only need to upload scanned copies on this portal. Hard copies are required only after your name appears in the Merit List. You will receive regular updates through the notifications tab.

Required Attested Documents (Hard Copies):

  • 3 Copies of Matric Certificate / Result Card
  • 3 Copies of Intermediate Certificate / Result Card
  • 3 Copies of Student CNIC / B-Form
  • 3 Copies of Father's CNIC
  • 1 Copy of Character Certificate
  • 3 Passport-size student photographs with white background
  • NOC (Migration Certificate) * (Only required if Intermediate was completed from a board other than BISE Lahore)

Note: You will also need to submit the hard copy of your printed Admission Application Form which you can download by visiting the Track Application page after login.

What is the last date to submit applications?

Please note the application deadlines for different admission bases:

  • 1st Year Result Base (Phase-I): The last date to submit applications is 31st August 2026.
  • Complete Intermediate Base (Phase-II): The last date to submit applications is 31st August 2026.
